Ok, so I finally got around to posting some more pictures. These are some of the sight seeing pictures that we took. Vegas had a lot of cools thing to photograph. We actually ran out of space on our memory card and had to delete some pictures to take more of other things we found. Pictures below - enjoy!
Excalibur hotel sign
Front of the Excalibur hotel
Christi and I on the walkway connecting the Excalibur and New York-New York
Snow covered mountains... in Vegas! The whole city is surrounded by mountains and apparently gets a pretty decent snowfall every year in December/ January.
New York-New York
On the way to New York-New York
New York-New York. My favorite looking hotel. Very creative design that I'm sure was a pain to design and build. Very detailed exterior with multiple building heights combined into one and a roller coaster! Plus, has a mini Brooklyn bridge and 1/3 scale Statue of Liberty
Another view of NY-NY
NY-NY again
NY-NY (kinda can see the Brooklyn Bridge), the Monte Carlo, and a new housing development

M&M's world
The MGM Grand
The famous MGM Grand. Taken from the Excalibur Bridge
Christi posing next to the MGM
Cool Lion statue outside the MGM... I wonder why they have that
Lions inside the MGM too! Yes, you are seeing this picture right. Those are 2 guys chillin inside the Lion habitat in the MGM. Crazy. Better hope that Lion didn't see what the tiger did to Sigfrid... or Roy, whichever one it was.
Lion deciding which person to eat
Apparently Lions sleep 18-20 hours a day. We happened to be there during this time. Figures
Cool looking artwork that spun around and changed colors inside the MGM
Another shot of rotating color changing... thing
Planet Hollywood
View of the strip... and you thought the Eiffel Tower was in Paris...
Paris... in Vegas. The Paris-Las Vegas Hotel.
Paris-Las Vegas
Arch de Triumph at Paris-Las Vegas. Look closely and you'll see Bumble bee the transformer!
Christi and I in front of the Paris fountain
Christi in front of the 1/2 scale Eiffel Tower. You can go to the top of this one too - and we did! Not recommended for those afraid of heights.
View of the Paris hotel. It was so big this was the best way to take its picture - from the top of the tower! As you can see it is almost as tall as the tower itself.
View of the south strip from the Eiffel tower. You can see our hotel - barely.
Construction in the middle of the strip. They are building 1 more hotel and 5 residential condo towers. This really messed traffic up, but it was cool to see how they build these monster buildings. As you can see all of these are going to be very, very large.
The Bellagio hotel from atop the Eiffel Tower
Caesar's Palace. Probably the biggest property in terms of area covered. Multiple hotel buildings (another one being built, as shown in the picture) and a huge casino. You could spend a week exploring the grounds and not see it all.
North side of the strip.
Left to right: Ceaser's Palace, The Mirage, Treasure Island, Trump Tower (way back), Pallazo (new construction), The Venetian, Casino Royale, Imperial Palace, The Flamingo
Caesar's Palace
View of Vegas from the Eiffel tower. You can literally see all of Vegas from here.
We caught the first showing of the Bellagio fountains from on top of the tower! It was a very cool perspective. You can tell from the photo how high the fountains go. The next few photos will show different parts of the fountain show (they have many different shows / music that the fountains dance too.)
Note how high that is. Look at the shops along the backside. Those are easily 2 stories tall.

Restaurant outside of Caesar's
Caesar's wouldn't be complete without its own mini coliseum.
More of Caesar's
The Venetian. Very nice hotel. If we come back I'd like to stay here or at the Mirage. Probably here, though. Super nice inside - the foyer has a huge painted ceiling that looks like the Sistine Chapel. The had gondola rides inside and outside of the hotel. We rode them; it was cool.
Sister hotels Encore and Wynn. They are two of the newer hotels in Vegas with the Wynn being the newest. We didn't get a chance to go inside either of them. Side note: I think they messed up naming them - Wynn should have been the first one built and Encore should have been the 2nd... but that's just me.
The Imperial Palace
Las Vegas Blvd
That's it for the daytime pictures. I have a lot of pictures of the strip at night - it looks completely different. Those will be my next picture posting, followed by the Freemont Street experience and then random photos of us in Vegas. Time to go to bed, have a good night!

You have a lot of patience uploading that many pics to blogger-looks awesome! And, congrats on the new car. I'm eating lunch with Mark, Jessica, and her parents today (big family easter) should be interesting :)
Yes, it takes a decent amount of time uploading these pictures. I actually use picasaweb (online version of picasa) and you can link to your album. Uploading all the pictures to picasa only take a few seconds, but you have to link each picture individually to blogger - which stinks.
