I had planned on doing 1 section of pictures a day, but that obviously didn't happen. Turns out we ended up buying a new car on Tuesday. No, really, we did! Irma was fading fast and we decided it was a good time to go ahead and make a purchase before she gave out and wasn't worth anything. I got a 2005 Honda Accord EX. It's black with a tan leather interior (although it's possible it might be a really deep midnight blue - when the light hits it you can definitely see blue sparkles in the paint job.) I really like it. I had been dreaming of the Acura TL and we had looked at a few and were really thinking about it; however, after the baby news we decided it was much better to get something a little less expensive so we can have some money to spend on the baby instead of a car payment! I'm very pleased with the choice. A big step-up from the Intergra, although I do miss Irma's quirks. The dealer is going to wash and detail the accord for me on Saturday; I'll post pictures of my new, clean ride then!
Last night I had to take some stuff to the dealer regarding Irma. Afterward, we went out to eat with Christi's parents and they came over to our place. Christi and her mom bakes some cookies for our family get together on Easter. She's going to ice them either tomorrow or Saturday - whenever she feels up to it, really.
