Much Over-do Post

OK, I know I've fallen off the map before, but this might have been the longest I've gone without posting. What have we been up to? Well, since the last time I posted a lot has happened.

The next day, Sunday, was our first Sunday volunteering at our church in the nursery. Right now we're helping once a week. I guess being a parent automatically makes you qualified to help watch a bunch of other kids. I ended up in Landon's class so it was pretty good. Christi was in the nursery with the tiny babies, although somehow a kid that should have been in our room was in hers, so she ended up chasing him around all day. I sat in a recliner and ate bon-bons, at least that's Christi's version.

We discovered Tuesday morning that Landon threw up in his crib the night before. He caught a stomach bug one of the kids in his class had. We gave him a bath and thankfully it was just in his crib. However, the throwing up continued at every meal. He had a nasty stomach bug, but he seemed to feel OK other than eating. He had to be on a non-dairy liquid diet for almost 2 days. You can probably guess where this is going. Christi caught Landon's stomach bug Wednesday and it was bad. I took off Thursday to take care of Landon and Christi because Mrs. Debra was also feeling sick. Then I got sick Wednesday night. Very sick. It was as bad as Christi's, but mine seemed to hit me all at once. Christi's lingered longer, unfortunately for her. We were both back at work Friday, but it took a few days after that to get our appetites back to normal.

The past weekend was full of studying. I had my 2nd test in my Masters class on Tuesday, and I was completely unprepared for it. My teacher is terrible. We took our 1st test over a month ago. We've had about 7 homework assignments since then. We have 0 of 7 returned to us. That's right, 0. Apparently he's too busy to return homework, which you know, might be helpful for studying. I studied as much as I could, which wasn't as much as I wanted too, but Christi helped me out by taking Landon out so I could stay at home Saturday for a few hours.

Landon is getting more teeth. His eye teeth are coming in and they have really messed his stomach up. As a result, he was extremely clingy this past weekend. That cut down on our studying time. He appetite was also all over the map, so eating was challenging. Overall, he just wasn't himself and he was a lot more difficult.

We had a lot of other stuff going on throughout the week with work and life in general. I won't bore you with all of those details since this post is long enough. I have a lot of pictures to post. Most of them are from Landon, but a few are from the 5k and things like that.
